Q. How many words/characters would be translated?

A. 1,500 word/day for EN-JP and 3,000 characters/day for JP-EN.

Q. What is "Contract Review Consulting" like?

A. Our Office will help companies to establish a contract management system including contract review flow, contract storage/records, internal training on legal mind and so on. The consulting starts with understanding the current situation of your company and the appropriate contract management system will be proposed based on such understanding.

Q. What could we learn from Basic Training on Contracts?

A. By understanding what each contract clause means in typical contract types (including confidentiality agreement, services agreement, license agreement and so on), participants could learn the basis to think what to keep in mind in actual negotiation, how to negotiate and what the important points are. In addition, the training materials can be customized for your company upon request.
